The Administration Management is the support body in charge of to conduct the Administrative Systems of Personnel, Treasury, Accounting and Supplies.
The Revenue Management is in charge of programming, directing, executing, control and coordinate the processes of registration, collection and inspection of income of the Provincial Municipality of Tumbes, as well as proposing measures on policy tax and simplification and restructuring of the Tax System Municipal.
It is in charge of a Manager, who is an official who reports to the Municipal Manager, to whom he informs and coordinates the activities within his competence with the relevant bodies
The Legal Advice Management is the advisory body in charge of issuing a technical opinion in all legal legal cases of the Municipality, in its name or on its behalf, as well as guiding, directing, executing and evaluating the municipal affairs of this same character in the Province of Tumbes.
The Rural and Urban Development Management is a line body, responsible for coordinating, organizing, executing, evaluating and monitoring the activities corresponding to the elaboration of technical files, execution of Works in its different modalities; as well as supervise and liquidate them; in accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law of Municipalities
The Social Development Management is a line body that reports to the Municipal Management, responsible for promoting social development with a transversal and inclusive vision that improves the quality of life of the population, especially those at risk, through actions that favors education, culture, sports, social inclusion of people with disabilities, neighborhood participation, rights of children, women and adolescents, and public policies for social assistance and welfare, that promote their integration into local development, within the framework of the national policies and municipal powers.
The Economic Development Management is a line body that depends on the municipal management, responsible for promoting economic development, tourism, formalization and regulation of the economic activities of the Province, according to current legal provisions.
The Citizen Security Management is a line body that depends on the municipal management, responsible for conducting and supervising the requirements of the citizens of the Province, in relation to the processes related to citizen security, which ensures social coexistence, of the personal and family security, in coordination with the Peruvian national police and organized civil society, within the framework of legal regulations.
The Sub-Management of Coercive Execution is an organic support unit, which
depends functionally and hierarchically on the Municipal Management, it is in
charge of organizing, coordinating, executing and controlling the process of
coercive execution of obligations of a tax nature; and guarantee the obligors
the right to due coercive procedure. Its functions are:
1. Plan,
organize, coordinate, direct and control activities related to coercive action.
2. Direct and control coercive processes in all their fields in
application of the Tax Code, Law of Coercive Execution Procedure Law No. 27972
and its amendments.
3. Organize registration in the Registry of
notifications and coercive demands.
4. Order notifications, demands,
seizure resources at the request of the Revenue Manager.
5. Execute
Payment Resolutions for default.
6. Execute public works and urban
control actions, in terms of demolitions, suspension of construction, real
estate locations, stoppages of works
7. Execute requested actions,
regarding the closure of commercial, industrial and/or service premises, boarded
up, eradication of stalls, kiosks, street vendors and other similar items.
8. Program, organize, direct, control and execute on behalf of the
Municipality the coercive actions for the fulfillment of the respective
obligations of a tax and non-tax nature, in accordance with the provisions of
the Law.
